*Residents and Fellows that attend the conference will be refunded the $50.00/$75.00 registration fee after the conference

Cancellation: TSGE must receive notice of cancellation postmarked no later than September 13, 2026. A $25 fee will be deducted from the registration fee paid to cover processing charges. Non-attendance does not constitute notice of cancellation. 
Any registrations after September 13, 2026 will be on-site at the Austin Marriott Downtown

Fellow & Resident Housing Stipend

$300 - One Day Attendance
$450 - Two Day Attendance
$600 - Three Day Attendance (must attend the Fellows Symposium)
To receive your stipend you MUST check in at the registration desk each day you attend the conference. NO EXCEPTIONS. Stipends will be mailed to you post-conference in 4-6 weeks.
