Fellow of TSGE (FTSGE) - Designation of Honor

The Fellow of TSGE (FTSGE) designation is an honor awarded to individuals who have made significant contributions to the Texas Society for Gastroenterology and Endoscopy (TSGE) and to the field of gastroenterology and endoscopy.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must meet ALL of the following criteria:
- Active TSGE member in good standard, with dues paid on time, for at least five (5) years beyond completion of training.
- Board certified in the state of Texas in adult or pediatric gastroenterology
- Demonstrated significant contributions to the field of gastroenterology, hepatology, nutrition, or gastrointestinal endoscopy, as evidenced by one of more of the following:
- Scientific or scholarly contributions
- Significant contributions to education at the international, national, state, or regional level
- Leadership contributions at the institutional, local, regional, national, or international level
- Significant service to TSGE, defined as:
- A minimum of two (2) years of successful service on a TSGE committee and/or Board of Directors OR...
- Attendance at least three (3) TSGE Annual Meetings within the past five (5) years.
