Founded in 1975, TSGE thrives with over 1,000 members and is dedicated to providing continuing medical education to physicians, advance practice providers and nurses and to advocate on behalf of gastroenterology and their patients.

TSGE Lobby Day

During the 2027 Texas Legislative Session  •  Texas State Capitol, Austin
The 90th Texas Legislature convenes in January, and TSGE members will once again spend a morning at the Capitol meeting with State Legislators on the bills that affect gastroenterology. TSGE lobbyist Tom Holloway leads the group to legislator appointments and a House or Senate gallery viewing. No policy experience needed — talking points and background are provided.
