- There will not be a printed syllabus given this year. You will receive a CD with speakers presentations. You will receive a small on-site program guide at registration. Presentations will be available online a week before the meeting.

TSGE has a special room rate of $158 for singles, doubles, triples and quadruples. For those who wish to extend their stay, the hotel will honor the group rate for two days before and after the conference (based upon availabity). Thursday, September 2, 2010 is the last date to make reservations at the reduced rate. After this date, requests for room reservations will be accepted only if rooms are available and at the prevailing rate.
Hotel Tips
• Check in time is 3 pm; check out time is Noon.
• An early check-out fee of $50 may apply if the hotel is not notified before check-in.
• Self-parking for overnight guests is complimentary.
• Valet parking is $18/day.
Driving Directions
Registration
Advance registration for the meeting is important. The deadline for advance registration is Sept. 10 to ensure participation in social events and meal functions. TSGE must recieve notice of cancellation for a refund post marked no later than Sept 10. A $25 fee will be deducted from the registration fee paid to cover processing charges. Non-attendance does not constitute notice of cancellation.

There will NOT be a printed syllabus given this year. This year's syllabus will be on a CD given to you at registration. Presentations we receive before the conference will be made available to you online if you would like to print them out beforehand. You will recieve a small onsite program guide.
